Salahaddin University-Erbil awarded the title of Professorship to Dr Kawan Ismail Ibrahim
In a worthy ceremony, Asst. Prof. Dr Kamaran Younis M. Amin, President of Salahaddin University - Erbil, received Dr. Kawan Ismail Ibrahim, Dean of the College of Law / Specialist in Special Law/Civil Law, to celebrate his new title of Professor from Assistant Professor.
The President wished him success in his future endeavours.
