Asst. Prof. Dr Shalawe Abdulkhaliq Mohammed and Dr Raqeeb Hamrashid Saeed, faculty members of the College of Political Science at Salahaddin University – Erbil, are participating in the international conference on “Emerging Legal Questions”.
This conference is a collaborative effort between the Faculty of Law, Political Science and Administration at Soran University and the School of Law at Leeds Beckett University, held in the city of Leeds, United Kingdom.
Notably, their research focuses on “The effectiveness of international law in addressing environmental security in Iraq (2014–2024)”, a topic of significant relevance in today’s global legal and environmental discourse.
