Two lecturers from Salahaddin University-Erbil participated in the 11th International Conference on the Arabic Language, held in the United Arab Emirates from 22 to 24 October 2025.
Mr. Arian Hussein, Director of Health and Safety, and Ms. Khuncha Sabah, lecturer at the College of Basic Education in Shaqlawa, represented the university at this prestigious academic event, which brought together more than 1,800 researchers from 80 Arab countries.
During the conference, a total of 800 research papers were presented, covering various aspects of Arabic language, literature, and education. The papers presented by the lecturers from Salahaddin University were titled “Methods of Teaching Arabic between Authenticity and Modernity: A Study on the Effectiveness of Educational Technologies” and “The Vitality and Continuity of Arabic Rhetoric: A Foundational Study in Samih al-Qasim’s Poem ‘Psalms’.”
The participation of Salahaddin University’s lecturers highlights the institution’s ongoing commitment to advancing academic research and fostering international collaboration in the field of Arabic language studies.
