Salahaddin University (SUE), in coordination with the Democratic Kurdistan Students’ and Youth Union, carried out a humanitarian relief campaign to support the Kurds of Rojava.
Dated 26 January 2026, and based on the directive of Prof Dr Kamaran Younis M. Amin, President of SUE, the campaign was implemented in cooperation with the Democratic Kurdistan Students’ and Youth Union.
The campaign was conducted across all colleges and academic departments of SUE, with collection points established throughout the university.
Students, academic staff and administrative employees were invited to participate by donating cash, food supplies and clothing through their respective colleges and designated collection centres.
All donated clothing was required to be in good condition and not worn out
