On 24 September 2025, Salahaddin University, in coordination with the Kurdistan Democratic Students and Youth Union, held a meeting to launch the Zankoline form for 12th grade graduates.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr Hussein Saadi, Vice President of Salahaddin University for Administrative and Financial Affairs; Dr Karzan Kazim, Director of General Registration at Salahaddin University; Rebin Abdulsalam, member of the Secretariat Bureau of the Students and Youth Union; Zahir Zahir, Head of the Qalat Branch of the Union; and Saman Abdullah, Director of Media at Salahaddin University.
During the meeting, a mechanism for joint work on this project and related activities was agreed, with both sides emphasising their cooperation in serving 12th grade graduates.
