On 9 September 2025, under the patronage of Prof. Kamaran Younis M. Amin, President of Salahaddin University-Erbil (SUE), a comprehensive cleaning campaign was launched across the university's colleges and departments. The initiative aimed to foster a clean and healthy academic environment.
The event was attended by Prof. Dr Hussein Saadi, Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs; Prof. Dr Shuokr Qarani, Dean of the College of Engineering; Prof. Dr Mosa Muhammad, Dean of the College of Arts; Prof. Dr Sardar Qadir, Dean of the College of Fine Arts; and Ms Aryan Dzayi, Director of Health and Safety, who also represented the relevant Ministry and Directorate.
At the outset of the ceremony, Prof. Dr Hussein Saadi welcomed the attendees and emphasized the importance and necessity of this initiative for the university and its colleges. During his remarks, he also highlighted the crucial role of the Directorate of Health and Safety in serving the university's students and staff.
