The third round of peacekeeping courses was held in collaboration with Salahaddin University-Erbil (SUE), Kurdistan University-Erbil (UKH) and the German organisation forumZFD at the University Cultural and Social Centre.
It is worth mentioning that during the past three months, within the framework of three rounds and nine different courses, about 140 teachers and students, received different skills training, related to understanding and managing conflict, peacebuilding and how to use nonviolent methods, in addition to enhancing capacity to work in civil society development organisations.
In this regard, SUE strives to be at the forefront in using various methods in the field of skills development, along with academic methods to educate students and provide teachers with various skills, so that they can have a significant impact on how to develop society in KRI.
