SUE President welcomes Minister of State for Minority Affairs
On 15th March 2021, the University President Asst. Prof. Dr Kamaran Younis Mohammedamin received Ayden Maruf the Minister of State for Minority Affairs and his guest delegation.
In this visit, the Minister of State accompanied by the Head of Turkish Department and Head of Syriac Department at SUE mentioned that more support is needed for these two departments.
The Head of the Syriac Department requested opening a library at the department. On the other hand, the Head of the Turkish Department suggested strengthening relations and cooperative work between the Turkish Department and universities in Turkey.
SUE President thanked the guests and promised to fulfil their requests and suggestions.
