A specialised workshop focusing on guidance mechanisms and procedures related to organising students’ academic pathways and implementing university administrative processes was held at Salahaddin University.
Dated 1 February 2026, the workshop took place in the presence of Prof. Dr Kamaran Younis M. Amin, President of Salahaddin University; Assist. Prof. Dr Khattab Ahmed Shekhani, Director General of the Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research; Prof. Dr Sharif Mouloud Sharif, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs and Higher Education; Prof. Dr Farhad Ali, Assistant President for Student Affairs and Education; Dr Karzan Kazim, Director of the University’s General Registration Office; in addition to several directors of registration offices from Kurdistan Region universities.
The workshop was organised by the Directorate of the General Registration Office at Salahaddin University–Erbil and lasted for three days.
On the first day, a panel session was conducted featuring:
