SUE president Dr Ahmed Dezaye With the New Salahaddin University professors
On 23rd January, in ceremony in the Cultural and Social Centre of Salahaddin University-Erbil (SUE), the University awarded presents to the new professors and research projects having impact factors for the academic year of 2018-2019.
SUE president first highlighted the continuous academic progress of the University in higher education. He stated, “We are proud of the mother [i.e. oldest] university which has shown continuous progress and has given birth to other universities [in the region]. The University necessitates and encourages teachers to conduct academic research, particularly in the academic journals having impact factor.”
SUE president also discussed the national rankings and said, “Despite not having completed the university campus, fortunately the University has been ranked the first,’’ he maintained, “This is the result of the efforts of the teachers and the staff at the University.”
Finally the University Council presented SUE President with the University award. Then awards were presented to the new professors and research with impact factors:
