President of SUE received Ambassador of Japan to Iraq.
On 16 February 2023, Asst. Prof. Dr Kamaran Younis M. Amin, President of Salahaddin University-Erbil, in the presence of Prof. Dr Mustafa Attar, Vice President for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, and Dr Essam Khalil, Head of University Relations and Student Unions welcomed Futoshi Matsumoto, Ambassador of Japan to Iraq and an accompanying delegation.
The President expressed his happiness about this visit and talked about their relations with Japanese universities. Supporting doctoral students to complete their research studies in Japanese universities was an important topic of the meeting. Also, the President and the accompanying delegation met with a number of undergraduate students and had discussions with them about various areas.
