On 27 February, 2024, Asst. Prof. Dr Kamaran Younis M. Amin, President of Salahaddin University-Erbil (SUE), in the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr Sharif Mawloud Sharif, Vice President for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, Dr. Amir Chali, Advisor to the Ministry of Higher Education, Prof. Dr Abdulkarim Yasin, Dean of the College of Science, Prof. Dr Hersh Omar received Prof. Mojtaba Gorbani, Vice President of Shahid Rajaee University for Scientific Affairs and his accompanying delegation to discuss the signing of an MoU.
At the beginning of the meeting, the President of SUE expressed his happiness about this visit and pointed out the relations between SUE and other universities and higher education institutions.
The guest delegation, in turn, expressed their delight for this reception and talked about the workshop "Algebra, Number Theory, and Their Applications to Cryptography" that started in the College of Science.
This workshop is organized by SUE in collaboration with French CIMPA and Italian RNTA, at the Department of Mathematics and will last for six days.
