The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research issued an order in favour of the development of English language for the masters and PhD candidates who have taken international language tests but haven't scored the required scores according to the Ministry instructions.
For that purpose, as a preparation, a meeting was held in the Ministry supervised by Dr Amanj Saeed the advisor of the Minister of Higher Education between the language centres and AMIDEAST. Following the instruction no. 5 in 2018 of the ministry, a number of regulations were issued.
