"I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to the students, teachers and employees of Salahaddin University-Erbil on the beginning of the month of Ramadan.
"Ramadan is the month of peace and coexistence, so in this holy month we encourage peace and coexistence and reaffirm the spirit of solidarity and mutual acceptance among all religions."
