Workshop about making exam committee results electronic
With the presence of Proff. Dr. Ahmad Dizayee and vice president for scientific affairs a meeting was conducted to make the exam results and make all processes of exam committee electronic instead of using the classical ways.
In the meeting all attendants confirmed on making the processes of exam committee electronic, such as making the notifications, results, invigilation schedule, marks to be made online, instead of using the old fashion paper work and avoiding the long time taken to make them.
For this, each lecturer on his own online page will publish them and also in this meeting many topics were discussed to enhance and improve this process, and the manager of IT presented all the information and the steps needed to apply it in the University website.
Also all the college website managers and college exam committees attended this meeting and contributed by questions and comments to make this process run smoother and much better.
