The University President Dr Ahmed Dezaye with Dr Awat Asaadi
On 5/12/2018, at the Cultural and Social Centre of Salahaddin University-Erbil, the University President Dr Ahmed Dezaye, University Council, deans, heads of departments, lecturers and students of the University, a seminar was presented by Dr Awat Asaadi, political analyst, titled “Why the South Kurdistan State Failed to Exist between 1/12/1918 to 1/12/2018?”
Dr Asaadi analysed the historical background and concluded that internal and external factors have impeded attempts to establish a Kurdish state in the South Kurdistan.
