Indian Culture event at Salahaddin University-Erbil
On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the independence of India, the General Consulate of India in Erbil held a ceremony in the Social and Cultural Centre of the University.
In the beginning, the University President Prof. Dr Jawhar Fattah Saeed delivered a speech in which he expressed happiness about introducing Indian culture at the University.
Then the Consul General of India in a speech mentioned the relations between India and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and emphasized the continuation of the cooperation.
The event also involved vibrant Indian dance.
