Final assessment report of Social Work Department
Prof. Dr Jawhar Fattah Saeed welcomed a delegation of the SEED organisation in his office.
In the beginning, the organisation presented a report titled "Final Report and Assessment of Department of Social Work at Salahaddin University-Erbil".
In the report, SEED provided a number of suggestions to promote the department and to overcome the setbacks in conducting projects.
They also discussed fostering relations with international universities, since now social work has received a lot of attention globally. They emphasised the need for academic resources and training.
SUE President, on the other hand, highlighted the importance of social work expertise. He reiterated that efforts will be made to promote the department as SUE.
It is worth mentioning that the Vice-President for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, Dean of College of Arts, and Director of International Relations also attended the meeting.
