In a cultural season, College of Education in Shaqlawa honoured a number of lecturers who have achieved excellence in the quality assurance process.
In the ceremony, Salahaddin University-Erbil (SUE) president Ahmed Dezaye, Head of PDK 24th branch Hiwa Ahmed, mayor of Shaqlawa Jwan Rafiq, Dean of College of Education in Shaqlawa Sardar Pir Khidir, and a number of governmental and non-governmental dignitaries were present.
As part of the ceremony, a library, and two exhibitions one for Kurdish poets and other for artists were opened.
