Overview
As part of the MOVE Project consortium, our university is pleased to announce a call for tenders for the selection of an External Evaluator. This role is a critical component of Work Package 1 (Project Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation), designed to ensure the quality, transparency, and objective assessment of all project implementations.
The selected evaluator will provide an independent perspective on the execution of project activities and analyze the resulting impact on all consortium partners, with a specific focus on the Kurdish and Yemeni universities involved in the initiative.
Scope of Work
The External Evaluator will be responsible for:
- Assessing the implementation of project activities against the established work plan.
- Evaluating the qualitative and quantitative impact of the project on participating institutions.
- Providing independent reports to the project management team and UNIMED (the partner in charge of subcontracting).
- Ensuring that all evaluation processes align with Erasmus+ quality standards.
Note: To ensure objectivity, candidates must be external to the project's consortium partners.
