پوختەی خولی را‌هێنان 

زنجیرەیەک راهێنان لە بواری جینۆمیک و تەکنیکەکانی پرۆتۆئۆمیک لەلایەن بەڕێوەبەرایەتی گشتی سەنتەری توێژینەوەی زانستی / زانکۆی سەلاحەدین-هەولێر  بە هاوبەشی لەگەل کۆلیژی زانستی زانکۆی سەلاحەدین-هەولێرلە ماوەی ساڵی خوێندنی ٢٠٢٥-٢٠٢٦ پێشکەش دەکرێت بۆ توێژەران، قوتابیان خوێندنی باڵا، و پسپۆرانی تری ئارەزومەند. راهێنانەکان لەلایەن کۆمەلێک پسپۆری تایبەتمەند لەو بوارە و پێشکەش دەکرێن بۆ ئەوەی دەرفەت بدرێت بە فێربوونی نوێترین تەکنیکە گەردیلەیەکان.

تێڕوانینێکی گشتی

لەم را‌هێنانە پراکتیکیانەدا کە ماوەی (١٦) ڕۆژ بۆ جینۆمیک و (٦) ڕۆژ بۆ پرۆتۆمیک دەخایەنێت، بەشداربووان فێری کۆمەڵێک تەکنیک دەبن کە لە تاقیگەی بایۆلۆجیای گەردیلەیی و بایۆتەکنەلۆژیادا بەکاردەهێنرێن. ئەمەش کۆمەلێک کاری پراکتیکی ورد لەخۆدەگرێت بۆ ئەنجامدانی تەکنیکە جیاوازەکان لە دەرهێنانی ترشی ناوکییەوە تا جیاکردنەوە و پاککردنەوەی پڕۆتین.

ئامانج

ئامانج لەم کۆرسی ڕاهێنانانە دەولەمەند کردنی بەشداربووانە بە زانیارییەکی گونجاو لەسەر تەکنیکە گەردیلەیەکان کە پێویستن بۆ ئەنجامدانی توێژینەوەی زانستی کاریگەری. بۆ ئەوەی بەشداربووان ئەزموونی ڕاهێنانی دەستی بکەن لەسەر تەکنیکەکانی بۆماوەیی گەردیلەیی، و بایۆئینفورماتیک.

ئەم ڕاهێنانانە بۆ ماوەی (١٦) ڕۆژ بۆ جینۆمیک و (٦) ڕۆژ بۆ پرۆتۆمیک (٧ی تشرینی یەکەمی ٢٠٢٥ تاکو ١٨ کانوونی دووەمی ٢٠٢٥) دەخایەنێت، دوو ڕۆژ لە هەفتەیەک.

١- بەکارهێنانی ئامرازەکانی دیزاینی پرایمەر بۆ جینۆتایپ لە زنجیرەی جینەکانەوە.

٢- دەرهێنانی ترشی ناوکی لە خانە و شانەکان بە بەکارهێنانی تەکنیکەکانی توانای بەرز

٣- ژماردنی ترشە ناوکیەکان و پشکنینی پاکی بە بەکارهێنانی سپێکترۆمێتری نانۆدرۆپ و ئەلکترۆفۆڕێزی

تێگەیشتن لە بنەمای PCR & qPCR 

٤- پەرەپێدانی دوو کارامەیی بنەڕەتی بۆ ناسینەوەی پڕۆتین لە رێگای  ELISA’s و SDS-PAGE.

٥- چۆنیەتی دیزاینکردن و ئەنجامدانی تاقیکردنەوەکانی خۆیان و دواتر هەڵسەنگاندنی ئەنجامەکان.

٦- چۆنیەتی پێشکەشکردنی داتا بۆبانکی بۆگێلەکان Gen Bank.

Training Description

A series of training course in genomics and proteomics techniques will be offered by the General Directorate of Scientific Research Center / Salahaddin University-Erbil (SURC)  in cooperation with college of Sciences/ Salahaddin University-Erbil,  during the academic year 2025-2026 for Researchers, post-graduate students, and other interested people.  The training course are designed and delivered by research scientists from the SURC and colleg of Sciences/ Salahaddin University-Erbil to give the opportunity to learn the most up-to-date molecular techniques. 

Overview

During this practical trainings you`ll learn a wide range of techniques used in the laboratory and in particular, a molecular biology lab. from nucleic acid extraction to protein identification.

 Aim

The aim of this training  is to equip participants with the molecular techniques required for success in scientific research. Participants will experience hands-on training on molecular genetic techniques, and bioinformatics 

Duration

These trainings last for 16 days for genomics and 6 days for proteomics (7 Oct 2025-18 Dec 2025) two days/week.  9:00am - 1pm as per the below table.

Participation Fee:

• Participants from Minsitry of higher education and scientific research only (50,000 IQD) fifty thousand dinars for each training course (Session).

• Participants outside Ministry of higher education and scientific research only (75,000 IQD) seventy-five thousand dinars for each training course(Session).

Certification

• Participants will be provided with certificates of attendance at the end of this event.

Training Outcomes

At the end of training courses, participants will be able to

1. Use primer design tools for genotype from a gene sequence.
2. Extract nucleic acids from cells and tissues using high throughput techniques
3. Quantify nucleic acids and check the purity using NanoDrop spectrometry and electrophoresis
4. Understand the principle of PCR & qPCR 
5. Develop two essential skills for protein identification; ELISA’s and SDS-PAGE.
6. How to design and perform their own experiments and then evaluate the results.
7. How to submit data to GenBank.
