On March 2-3, 2025, the Career Development Committee at the College of Basic Education successfully organized a two-day Training of Trainers (ToT) course for a group of fourth-year students from all departments within the college. The course was led by Assistant Professor Mohammed Judit Omar, an international trainer and lecturer at Salahaddin University-Erbil.
The training focused on essential skills for becoming an effective coach, with practical sessions on designing and preparing coaching toolkits tailored to various professional fields in companies and institutions. In addition to the technical aspects, the program emphasized the development of key soft skills, including critical thinking, teamwork, time management, emotional intelligence, and leadership. Participants expressed high levels of satisfaction with the course, noting its value in preparing them for future roles in training and organizational development.
