On November 26, 2024, in collaboration with the Davin Organization for Career Development and Humanitarian Work, the Career Development Center (CDC) at the College of Administration and Economics organized an inspiring seminar featuring Mrs. Ruwan Abdulmajid Hassan, Director of Davin Organization and a renowned Human Development Trainer. The seminar, titled "The Change Journey: Between Fear and Desire," was designed for first-year students across all departments, offering valuable insights into overcoming fears and embracing change for personal and professional growth. The session encouraged students to navigate the challenges of transformation by balancing their fears with aspirations, empowering them to take confident steps toward their future goals. After the seminar, Assist. Prof. Dr. Bakhtiar Saber Mohammed, Supervisor of the College, expressed appreciation for the impactful discussion and presented certificates of appreciation to the speaker in recognition of her valuable contribution.
