On January 20, 2026, the Career Development Center (CDC) at Salahaddin University organized a major job fair, in coordination with the Sukkal Foundation, to support graduate employment and contribute to UN SDG 1: No Poverty. The event successfully created 300 job opportunities, bringing together 50 companies and 40 entrepreneurs.
The exhibition was officially inaugurated in the presence of Erbil Governor Omid Khoshnaw, Dr. Zana Mullah Khalid, Head of Branch 2, Prof. Dr. Kamran Younis Mohammed Amin, President of Salahaddin University, Dr. Amanj Bradosti, and Evin Fatah, Member of the Kurdistan Parliament. The fair ran until 3:00 pm, providing graduates with direct access to employers, networking opportunities, and career guidance.
The event reflects the CDC’s ongoing commitment to linking education with the labor market and empowering students and graduates to pursue meaningful employment.
