On February 11, 2025, the Career Development Center (CDC) at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, in collaboration with HUAWEI Electronics Company, successfully organized a Health & Sports Challenge to promote fitness among students. The event kicked off at 10 AM with an exciting 400-meter race, in which students of all genders participated enthusiastically. The top three winners were awarded for their outstanding performances, fostering a spirit of healthy competition and athletic excellence.
This initiative was part of a broader agreement between the CDC and HUAWEI Electronics Company, designed to integrate cutting-edge technology into sports and physical education. As part of the challenge, each student received a smartwatch, enabling real-time tracking of their physical activity, movement, and sleep patterns over 48 hours via a specially designed mobile application. HUAWEI Electronics has committed to ongoing support for students at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, reinforcing its role in enhancing their skills, well-being, and employability in the evolving job market.
