On February 17, 2025, as part of an initiative to enhance students' capacity for the labor market and entrepreneurship, the Department of Finance and Banking at the College of Administration and Economics, in collaboration with the Career Development Center, organized an educational field trip for third-year students.
This activity aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 8 (SDG8): Decent Work and Economic Growth, providing students with hands-on learning experiences about real-world business operations. During the visit to the Beirut/Erbil B.E.P.P. factory, students gained firsthand insights into production processes, marketing strategies, and export mechanisms, helping bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry practices.
The trip was supervised by Lect. Shadan Jabbar Abdulfattah and attended by Lect. Evin Abdulqahar Abdulmajid and Lect. Media Salah Yaba, esteemed members of the Career Development Center, who played a crucial role in facilitating this valuable learning experience.
