A delegation of a professor and two Ph.D.students from Masaryk University at Brno, Czech Republic and Comenius University, Bratislava, Slovakia are currently visiting Salahaddin University-Erbil & Kurdistan Region (21/3/2019 - 31/3/2019). The aim of their visit is to conduct research and field trip for sample collection on types of fish in the rivers and lakes (Great Al Zab little Al Zab rivers, Dukan and Darbandikhan Lakes).

Research & field trip sample collections on types of reptiles (snakes & lizards) in different locations in Kurdistan Region at foothills and mountains. This international field research is the first research field sample collection in biology happens through Salahaddin University. The team is accompanied and guided by Assist. prof. Dr. Sarbaz Ibrahim Mohammed at the Department of Biology, College of Science, Salahaddin University.SU wishes the team a very good success & outcomes.
