In the presidency office of SU, the university president Dr. Ahmed Dezaye welcomed Ms. Juliane a lecturer at German Department at SU and Anne Klose a lecturer at Jordan University.
In the meeting, despite showing gratitude to have taught at the German Department, and having finished her lecturing term, Ms. Juliane expressed thanks to SU for making it possible for her to come to Kurdistan and offer to teach to the German Department. Ms. Anne, on the other hand, was pleased to replace her for 6 weeks in the German Department.
Also in the meeting they discussed the places offered to 5 students who currently study abroad in the University of Alexandria in Egypt and Leipzig University in Germany. On the completion of their courses, they will serve as the academic staff at the German Department. It is worth mentioning that, in the recent years, Leipzig University and DAAD have supported the German Department at SU financially and academically. Likewise, this year they have resolved to maintain their support for the University.
