In a meeting at SU presidency, Dr Ahmed Dezaye, SU president welcomed the renowned Italian Professor and chemist Giovanni Vidari. Dr Dezaye commended the role of the professor in supporting SU in the field of chemistry following the development of the academic and scientific relations between the Italian and Kurdistan universities.
In a collaborative project between the Italian region of Lombardy and Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, three students have successfully completed their PhD in the Italian universities and it is resolved that more will follow.
Finally, Dr Dezaye presented an honorary SU gift to Prof. Vidari for his humanitarian and academic aid to SU.
