In the university presidency office, Dr. Ahmed Anwer Dezaye the president of Salahaddin University welcomed Khalid Abdul-Rahman Dusky Minister of Culture and Youth.
In the meeting, they discussed strengthening the institutions of Kurdistan Government and the universities with scientific activities. Also in the meeting, Salahaddin University signed a cooperation protocol with the Ministry of Culture and Youth. This protocol is for strategic, cultural and academic plans internally and externally, in a way to fulfill cultural, artistic and media activities as book exhibitions and arranging cultural seminars, conferences, and workshops, externally, they are working on opening a cultural channel for relations worldwide.
For this reason, Salahaddin University provides an academic and scientific staff for the ministry of the following specialties: media, physical education and arts, so that they can fulfill different activities together for Kurdistan Society and the world. At the end, the president of Salahaddin University expressed the university’s willingness for offering and cooperation with all KRG ministries especially the Ministry of Culture and Youth.
