Dr Ahmed Dezaye, SU president, welcomed a delegation from the Canadian University of Alberta International that consisted of Dr Kue Young Dean of School of Public Health, Brita Barron Associate Vice-President (International), Jo Mark Executive Manager, and Stanford Blade Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences.
In the meeting, the guest delegate requested help from SU in order to open a new branch of the University of Alberta International in KRG. SU president welcomed the initiative and offered the Canadian university scientific and academic help in order to develop the academic relations between both universities.
Also, SU ascertained the delegate that KRG is safe and it has already taken crucial steps towards academic development.
