Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Anwer Dizayee `the president of salahaddin university` and with the presence of the head of Archaeology Department/ the college of arts in the university presidency office welcome a delegation from Catholic University of Hungary with the leadership of Professor Dr. Balash Majoor `head of archaeology department` in catholic university of hungary. In the meeting, they have talked about enhancing the relationships between the two universities regarding archaeology. They have also discussed dween castle excavation and surveying in Erbil city for nearly five years, examining and investigating for one month by 10 lecturers form catholic university of hungary. On the other hand both universities have agreed on two mutual PhD projects on archaeology. The president of salahaddin university has expressed his readiness on any project with any international university in order to get benefits and any scientific and academic experience. It’s important to be mentioned that salahaddin university has strong relationships with a number of international universities regarding kurdistan region archaeology.
