Salahaddin University to Change to Electronic the Construction License Issuance System of Baghdad and Erbil Municipalities

The President of Salahaddin University the Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Anwer Dezaye along with Dr. Sharif Mohammed Sharif the Head of Software Department in the College of Engineering and Dr. Tariq Rasheed the Director of IT and Communication Technology Centre welcomed Michael Ross the representative of IFC-World Bank Group.

In the meeting, they discussed the project in which Software Engineering Department in the College of Engineering is working on in order to make electronic the issuance of construction system licence of Baghdad and Erbil municipalities. On 20th September, they will be able to finalise the electronic issuance of Baghdad municipalities, and in the next stage, Erbil municipalities will follow. The project is financially supported by the World Bank.

Accordingly, Salahaddin University announces that should any institution of Kurdistan Region Government need support from the team of Salahaddin University Software Engineering Department to change the services system to electronic, they will be happy to offer help.
