In the presence of Dr. Ahmed Dezaye, the President of Salahaddin University, and a number of university lecturers, Salahaddin University‘s Cultural Center started the new season of its activities titled (the University‘s Role in the Current affairs in Kurdistan Region). The first seminar of this season was presented by Dr. Kawan Ismail titled (Baghdad and Erbil Disputes over the Draft Law of Oil and Gas). He highlighted the sources of disputes in the provisions of the draft law. He also stated that the law draft needs to be improved to the benefit of the Kurdistan Region.
