In the presence of Dr. Yousif Goran "Kurdistan Regional Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research", Dr. Ahmed Anwer Dizyee "the Presidentof Salahaddin University", Dr. Ahmed Uztash "the President of Ishik University", all the deans and heads of departments of both Salahaddin University and Ishik University and a significance number of internal and external lecturers and researchers. Both Salahaddin University and Ishik University are cooperated in organizing the second scientific international conference regarding Ecology, Energy and Environment. The conference will last for two days in Erbil city, nearly 150 internal and external academics will be attended, 65 researchers will be presented, 70% of them are of lecturers of Salahaddin University, internally, Zakho, Soran and Mosul universities and internationally, six different universities are participated in this conference. In the ceremony, each one of Kurdistan Regional Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the president of Salahaddin University and the president of Ishik University has given their speeches. In another part of the opening ceremony of the 2nd scientific international conference, two of the main speakers have presented seminars, of which each one of Dr. Bahram Khidir Mawlood (his seminar entitled Environment, Scientific Environment and National Parks in Erbil and Sulaymanya) and Dr. Zhafir Ayvas in Turkish Chevkori University.
