In the Cultural and Social Centre of Salahaddin University, headed by the President of Salahaddin University Dr.Ahmed Anwer Dezaye  with the presence of the university president deputies, dean of the colleges, heads of the scientific departments, directors of university presidency office, representatives of IT and quality assurance sections in the colleges, an open meeting has been arranged.

In the meeting, the President of Salahaddin University, after congratulating the partakers for starting the new academic year of 2015/2016, expressed his deep thanks to the members in the committees of Kurdistan universities national ranking, he mentioned that they have worked hard to improve and develop the University’s scientific and academic activities in one year.

He also added that without their efforts, they couldn’t have launched latest updates and activities on the university website. He expressed his wishes that the ongoing academic year will not be misdirected and, therefore, they should work from now on to accomplish that. On the other hand, another part of the meeting was devoted to the heads of the scientific departments; the President of Salahaddin University provided the heads of the departments with new regulations for students and lecturers;  how to arrange the official starting day and strengthening the relationships between students and lecturers; doing different activities; working on giving instructions to the students by law especially those who have direct relation with the life of the university student. In the end, the participants expressed their viewpoints and recapitulated the meeting with a number of suggestions.
