An MSc student at the College of Agricultural Engineering

An MSc student at the College of Agricultural EngineeringSalahaddin University, Shahla Jalil Ibrahim, attended the Taking Action for Animals (TAFA) Conference held in August 2025 in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. She also serves as the Deputy CEO of the Kurdistan Animal Protection Organization (KAPO).

During the conference, KAPO hosted a booth focused on raising awareness about the situation of animals in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
