Are you a woman in Erbil seeking to enhance your leadership capabilities and drive meaningful change?

Salahaddin University-Erbil, in collaboration with The American University of Kurdistan (AUK), is thrilled to launch the "She Leads Program"! This certificate program is specifically designed to empower women, providing you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become influential leaders in both your personal and professional spheres.

This intensive, one-and-a-half-month program will run from August to mid-September, requiring at least 10 hours of dedicated course content each week. All sessions will be conveniently held at Salahaddin University's Cultural and Academic Center.

She Leads program: is a significant initiative, made possible through the generous support of the United States Department of State Grant, "Supporting American-Style Higher Education in Iraq." This program is built on the principles of diversity, inclusivity, and the promotion of American-style liberal arts education.

Who Should Apply?

This program is open to all women in Erbil! Whether you are currently working in a formal or informal institution, or are not currently employed, we strongly encourage you to apply. This includes professionals in established organizations, individuals contributing to community initiatives, and particularly women who are faculty members or administrative staff at Salahaddin University; this program offers significant value for your professional and personal development.
