Giovanni Pierangelo Vidari, born on 12 December 1944, graduated with honors in Chemistry from the University of Pavia, Italy, where he became Full Professor of Organic Chemistry in 2000, serving until 2016. He is currently a Visiting Professor at Tishk International University, and teaches organic synthesis in a PhD program at UTPL, Ecuador. His research includes natural product chemistry, stereoselective synthesis, and synthetic methods using organometallic species. He has authored over 300 scientific publications and delivered more than 250 communications at scientific meetings.

Diego Caprioglio, born in 1986 in Casale Monferrato, Italy, graduated in Medicinal Chemistry. Since 2019, he has been a Professor at the University of Eastern Piedmont, studying and modifying natural compounds for therapeutic applications. His work includes cannabinoids in inflammatory and neurodegenerative diseases, curcumin derivatives for imaging, and anti-inflammatory/anti-tumor drugs. He has over 40 publications and holds three international patents.

Dr. Pawan Faris holds a PhD in Molecular Physiology and a Master’s in Blood Physiology. Her work focuses on cancer, cardiovascular, and neurological disorders. She is a lecturer at Salahaddin University, head of the Kurdistan Italy Friendship Association (KIFA), and a collaborator with the Global Burden of Disease initiative. She has 70 peer-reviewed publications, an H-index of 30, and serves as a reviewer for MDPI and Frontiers journals.

Since 2024, Matteo Leone has been a Researcher at the University of Bologna, focusing on organic chemistry and photocatalysis. His research applies radical and photocatalytic transformations to synthesize industrially valuable compounds with a focus on sustainability. He earned his degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Rome La Sapienza in 2020 and completed his Ph.D. in Chemical Sciences at Université Paris-Saclay in 2024.
