Under the supervision of Assist. Prof. Dr. Kamaran Younis M. Ameen, President of Salahaddin University-Erbil. Scientific Research Centre in coordination with Korean Consulate in Erbil, is organizing a workshop entitled (Korean Academic Relations, Language and Culture).
The objectives of this workshop are:
- Academic Contacts:
- Develop cooperation and relations between Kurdistan universities and academic institutions in Korea and other countries.
- Encourage collaborative exploration and research in science and teaching.
- Provide opportunities for students and faculty to explore and learn internationally.

- Strengthening Korean speaking, writing and understanding skills.
- Provide Korean language learning resources and courses for Kurdish students.

- Introducing Korean culture through various activities and programs.
- Develop understanding and respect for Korean culture and traditions.
- Encourage Kurdish residents to get to know and understand Korean culture and art.
This workshop aims to strengthen the relationship between Kurdistan and Korea and allow young people to see and understand each other through language and culture.
