At 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday 18th Nov. 2015, Dr. Ahmed Anwer Dezaye "the president of Salahaddin University" visited German Language Department/College of Languages, he partook in a conversation with the lecturers of this department regarding how to make a progress in providing resources and staff to improve the department. On the other hand, they discussed transferring the German Dialogue Centre into the German Department, by opening this centre in the College of Languages and providing all the needs by the dialogue centre such as: books and all the other necessary equipment. The president of Salahaddin University expressed his support for any step regarding this issue.

At the same time, Ms. Gabriel Berker declared in the centre that their door is always open for all students or any citizen who wants to learn German language.

It is worth mentioning that in the meeting the dean of College of Languages and the head of German Department were both present.

Dr. Ahmed Anwer Dezaye "the president of Salahaddin University" expressed his willingness to present a seminar by Professor Balash Majoor, Gamboz Bertoy "an archaeologist" and Bandgos Tokaj "a student of archaeology department". This seminar was regarding finding Dwen Castle, each one of them expressed their ideas and information regarding this issue historically, culturally, and taking photos.

They discussed taking some archaeological pieces to Hungary in order to mention it historically. They also mentioned using a number of developed technological equipment to examine Dwen castle and its suburbs to collect all the historical points, some of the archaeological pieces go back to Othman Era and some of them to Sassanid Era. Also, the seminar covered all Dwen castle and its suburbs, with the presence of students, lecturers, dean of college of languages and head of German Department.
