Introduction
Some stray dogs are animals without owners or shelter and live on streets, neighbourhoods, or public places.
In many cases, their previous owners have abandoned or lost them.
They move between cities or villages in search of food.
They need food, shelter, and medical care.
There is a risk of disease transmission and violence.
They lack medical supervision and vaccination.
Not all stray dogs are aggressive; however, due to fear or hunger, they should be approached with caution.
According to available data, the number of fatalities caused by stray dogs has increased significantly.
