KRG Scholarships HCDP

All Salahaddin University employees have full right to apply to the available scholarships for higher studies abroad leading to MA/M.Sc., Ph.D. and post doctorate degrees. 

The available Scholarships are such as HCDP programme, Baghdad Scholarships, Fullbright, DAAD and Erasmus Mundus programmes.

Usually the submission are online and the applicatants submit their forms and the required documents to the scholarships programme and the candidates will be selected through a highly equal opportunity rights using transperent procedures  depending on the academic qualifications of the applicants.

So far Salahaddin University has over 200 students studyng abroad leading to higher degrees. Most of the students are studying in UK and in English speaking countries.There are also students in other non English speaking countries, such as Germany, France, Sweden, Italy, Russia , Poland,....etc.

About 75% of the scholars have finished their studies and started coming back and gradually  becomes academic staff at Salahaddin university , participating in teaching and research processes to develop and raise the level of the university by graduating qualified alumni to participate in progressing Kurdistan Region .
