Directorate Of Public Contracts established in Nov. 2011 for preparation of tender documents, preparation of tendering process using (Advertising, Direct investigation) method, preparation of  letter of acceptance for Projects and, preparation of  Project (contract Agreement) between University & the contractor for building construction and renovation projects. Preparation of tender for renting of Cafeteria and kiosks in student dormitories using Direct cost increasing method, preparation of letter of acceptance for Projects and, preparation of  Project (contract Agreement) between University & the contractor.
