Health and Safety Directorate at Salahaddin University-Erbil in association with head of Chemistry Department-College of Science held a workshop in Mathematics Hall on 24, 25 October 2018 for college lecturers. The workshop was about healthy food and physical education to get ideal body weight and it was presented by Dr. Hiwa Muhammed Ismael from College of Basic Education- Physical Education Department. In second day, the participants asked several questions and answered by the presenter. Therefore, attendants have learned how developing fitness plan with cardiovascular fitness and strengthening training that help lose or maintain a good body weight. Additionally, they have learned on how to go green by choosing fresh, organic, local foods to eat and natural products to clean.
