The following projects are under construction:

1. Constructing of new dormitory project for accommodating of (2000) students, the project value is (22,462,643,000) USD and (750) days the execution period by the contractor (Baro Company), the implementation rate is almost 75%.

2. Constructing a building for Sociology department at Art college, the project value (1,573,824,600) Iraqi Dinar and (600) days the execution period by the contractor (Zeravan Company) the implementation rate is almost 50%.

3. Constructing second floor for Basic Education college, the project value (1,608,644,000) Iraqi Dinar and (500) days the execution period by the contractor (Hustan Company) the implementation rate is almost 47%.

4. Constructing a warehouse at Warehouse Directorate the project value (504,085,000) Iraqi Dinar and (240) days the execution period by the contractor (Bayram Company) the implementation rate is almost 57%.

5. Project for purchasing a printing machine for University Printing Press, the project value (1,304,400,000) Iraqi Dinar and (150) days the execution period by the contractor (KITS Company) the implementation rate is almost 90%.

6. More small and medium construction projects at the colleges have been implemented equally by (Direct execution contracts) between our directorate and the colleges, some of them still under construction.
