Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Anwer Dizayee `The President of Salahaddin University` during his participation in the largest international conference of Fatih University in Istanbul which was regarding higher education problems, has signed a mutual agreement between Salahaddin and Zakho universities and Fatih University, after confirming it by higher education largest authority in Turkey. It’s important to be mentioned that every year Kurdistan universities participate in this conference, Private Ishik University in Erbil City has also participated in the conference and made all the necessary facilities for higher education delegation of Kurdistan Region.
