On 16 February 2026, Professor Dr Kamaran Younis Mohammedamin, President of Salahaddin University (SUE), received Zana Nafi, a fourth-year student in the Department of Chemical and Petrochemical Engineering at the College of Engineering, accompanied by his parents.
The President expressed his pleasure at the meeting and stated that he was proud to see a talented and determined student such as Zana at SUE. He commended the student’s perseverance and academic commitment, describing him as a positive example for his peers.
During the meeting, the President also affirmed the University’s full readiness to provide all necessary support and assistance to Zana in his academic journey, wishing him continued success in his studies and future career
