Hosted by the Higher Education Council in Turkey, a delegation of Kurdistan universities participated in the conference of Islamic world universities in Ankara, Turkey. The president of the Republic of Turkey was present in the conference and he met the delegation from Kurdistan region in person. The conference lasted two days in which developing the relations and quality assurance along with a number of higher education issues were discussed.
