On 24 February 2026, the President of Salahaddin University (SUE), Prof. Dr Kamaran Younis, received Prof. Dr Bakhtiar Hussein, a lecturer at the College of Languages.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr Hussein Saadi, Assistant President for Administrative and Financial Affairs; Prof. Dr Saman Hussein, Acting Dean of the College of Languages; and Prof. Dr Bakhtiar Saber, Acting Dean of the College of Law.
It is worth noting that Prof. Dr Bakhtiar Hussein, together with Mr Jabbar Mulla Salih, recently translated a book on the history of President Barzani.
Dr Hussein holds a PhD in French Language, jointly awarded by Salahaddin University and the University of Metz in France.
The book has been republished by Roksana Publishing House in Erbil and in Paris by L’Harmattan, in cooperation with the Kurdistan Regional Government Representation.
